When using links in posts, they should be properly formatted, and include a top level domain (e.g. .com, .org, .edu, or a country code, or one of the fancy new options).

If you want to add hyperlinks (hypertext links) on these forums, then you may use the chain symbol from below the text edit field, to add both a text and a link.

If not posting here, what sort of link are you providing to whom? There are different links, and different apps.

That’s unfortunately not a valid link.
Jitbit is a help desk problem-tracking and problem-reporting system. Different organizations run Jitbit, on different servers, and for different tracking purposes. If you were told to use Jitbit (and don’t know how), ask the folks that told you to use it for help with Jitbit.

Why do you need to provide a link here to a company that provides helpdesk and trouble ticketing software?
Generally speaking, to include a link, you go to the site and copy the link from the URL bar.
