Where is 'Enable Complete Features' in Logic Pro?

Hi all, I'm in the process of setting up SSL UF1 midi controller for Logic and one of the set up instructions is to select 'Enable Compete Features' under 'Advanced' menu in Logic. Unfortunately, I cannot see this option and believe the tutorial must be pre latest updates to Logic. Can anyone help? many thanks
