I can’t enroll on apple developer program it says my account has issues
I try to enroll on apple developer program after submitting my details I was told by apple my account has issues

We are nether Apple nor developers here. We have no access to Apple account records or communications and cannot fix this.
If you received an Apple email saying your account has issues, see if it has contact information. Otherwise you'll have to work through Apple support, who do not participate in these user-to-user forums in spite of the name.
