iPhone X: Screen lifting, visible lights & possible battery issue.

I have an iphone x running ios 16 which i got second hand back in 2019-ish. The lcd has been replaced multiple times, and the maximum battery capacity is at 51% last time i checked. The middle right section of the screen seems to be lifted, i can see a small gap with a width comparable to a small sewing needle. It's not long, but it also appears on the edge a little. white and green lights could be seen through the gap when turned on, and if i press on the screen, white markings can be seen like when pressing on the screen of a laptop in some areas. I'm a clumsy person, so i've dropped my phone countless times, but especially during this past week. I'm concerned it's a battery issue, but it could also just be the screen bending. should i keep using it? i'm in no position to buy a new phone, and the soonest i can get it professionally checked is the weekend, it's currently thursday. thoughts and opinions will be greatly appreciated.
