my apple wallet was banned on my new phone linking my id and social. i made a new icloud. cause mine was old. I sent money from my other apple wallet over cause I have no access to the email now since my old phone was on a different plan. At first I thought I put my birthday wrong until I looked up if u can have two apple wallets. I’m deaf so I have a difficulty talking over the phone. And have no email support to help.

Apple Wallet? Or Apple Cash?

If the Apple Cash verification failed, you’ll not get any indication why, per the applicable law.

Hi, Apple Cash accounts are associated with your Apple Account (formerly Apple ID). The email address of your old account should have been changed rather than creating a new Apple Account and new Apple Cash account. Per the terms and conditions you agreed to you’re only permitted one Apple Cash account at a time. Creating the new Apple Cash account was a violation of the terms and conditions you agreed to.

Apple Cash is serviced and issued by Green Dot Bank. Please contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank.
