How do I fix large font and dots in live cycling metrics on iPhone?

When displaying live cycling metrics on my iPhone, the font is too big and just ends up with dots. If the metric is single figures it’s fine but as soon as it goes to double, that’s it, dots. This has only happened since a few updates ago but is now really annoying I have reduced the font size to minimal but it does affect this display I can’t find any setting that might help

Try going to Settings>Display & Brightness>Text Size. Drag the slider to the left.

Also check Settings>Display & Brightness>Display Zoom and make sure it's set to "Default."

Did you change the font from settings or the shortcut you can add on the control center? If you didn’t use control center,add the “aA” control and adjust the font from there

it is NOT the font settings.

if i change to to MPH it is fine.

I too have faced this issue for 6+ months. It’s really annoying and surprising to see the issue is not present with MPH, so it’s clearly not a shortage of pixels or space. Changing Font size in any menu has not fixed the issue nor has unpairing and resetting watch. I hope this bug is resolved soon.

I logged a support ticket but this thread with screenshot and explanation should help get attention and a fix.
