Issue Description:

I am unable to connect my wireless mouse to my Mac via Bluetooth. The mouse is not appearing in the Bluetooth device list, and because of this I cannot use it with my system.

What I have tried so far:•

Turned Bluetooth off and on again on my Mac

• Restarted the Mac device

• Checked the mouse battery and power switch

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.

I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps that could help resolve this issue. Your assistance will help me continue my daily work smoothly.
