Bomgar Agent not opening on macOS Sonoma
In the past I've been able to use Bomgar Agent to get customer support from Adobe but now it doesn't open up. My OS system is Sonoma 14.4.1, I work on a 2024 Macbook Air.
Do I need to update my OS system?

I would say YES
If so not other reason to keep the machine current and updated
The version Sonoma macOS 14.4.1 ( 23E224 ) was released March 25, 2024 - 2 years ago
The current version is Sonoma 14.8.5 released March 24, 2026
