Zero out Apple ID balance to change region
I have 20.00 in my balance and I need to zero it out so I can change my region to Ghana. Please remove the remaining balance

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
The people on these boards are mostly other customers, don't have inside access to Apple's servers, and can't remove it.
