As we are all Apple users, just as you are, no-one here can issue refunds. Apple is not here, and unlikely to see your request. No-one here can access any accounts or details except their own. We can't check this out for you.
You can, however: View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support to see if the transaction is listed, and what the debits were for.
Then ... depending on who the money went to ... we can not guess.
(1) could have been for Apple's own subscriptions (Music, iCloud etc.) ... or from Apple's App-Store eco-system:
If so: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support (Note: If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.)
or _________
(2) Apple may have merely transferred money for you (much as a bank does) to another third party on request.
See: About purchases not billed through the App Store or Apple In-App Purchase - Apple Support eg: says: "If you paid for an app, a purchase within an app, or a subscription outside of Apple’s ecosystem, contact the developer for billing support or a refund. Apple is unable to provide support for these purchases." (There's info. in the above linked article to help contact those who have your money.)
or_______
(3) Maybe a family-member made a purchase using your payment method ? or a purchase was accidentally made while browsing ?
See how to: Get help with charges from apple.com/bill - Apple Support
and
If purchases don't require your own authority, you can change that:
See how to: Change settings and restrictions in the App Store on iPhone - Apple Support
________________
If not done already:
If debit was for subscriptions, they may need to be cancelled to prevent recurring charges: What to do: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
Hope something here helps :-)
