USB stuck on FAT32, will not format to exFAT
I keep having a problem where every time I try to reformat it with disk utility, it keeps saying that it cannot modify the partition map. How do i fix this?

In Disk Utility, ensure Show All Devices is selected, and that you are selecting the whole device:
If the particular device you are working with has a write-lock switch, ensure it is not write-locked.
