Do not download anything.
First, start your Mac in "Safe Mode": How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. Starting in Safe Mode takes longer than usual so let it finish.
While in that mode, drag all the files in each of those three folders to the Trash except those with the following in their names:
antares
avid
ea
paceap
valvesoftware
wibu
zoom
Trash all the others.
Then, restart your Mac normally. If you still experience the problem please write back for some additional steps that might be necessary.
As for net.protected.macos.AVhelper.plist, please read Mac Jim ID's comments in Receiving "<app> will damage your computer" messages - Apple Community, the salient point being such things are utterly useless.

It's a type of adware & browser tracking app.
I believe that Malwarebytes can remove MegaUnitfld and associated files.
