Scammers using Apple Pay Chatex.AI
Chatex.ai has been attempting to remove money from my Apple Pay without permission. How do I report this? It's random amounts at random times. What should I do? I reported a problem and apple has not responded
Chats.ai is primarily a web-based AI chat platform powered by OpenAI’s official API, offering access to ChatGPT like functionality without requiring a login for basic use.
It’s both free and a subscription based service/app. You either subscribed and didn’t cancel your subscription in time and are now being billed or your credit or debit that is being repeatedly charged is compromised.
Did you at anytime get a “free” trial to the service/app? If not, your payment method is compromised and you need to contact the fraud department at the issuing bank.
If you did subscribe, you are being billed for the subscription or service. If Apple is billing you, contact Apple Billing Support.
