International Data Roaming on iPhone SE 3rd iOS 26.4 Xfinity Mobile Premium Unlimited

Just a term difference. Roaming is roaming. If you have roaming turned on, it will roam internationally. I'm sure you have validated what the charge will likely be on a daily basis to use roaming? For example, with AT&T, they charge $10/day for roaming.

It is the same thing. But you haven't traveled outside your country, so you wouldn't have roamed internationally. What roaming is doing for you, is letting your phone connect to a different cellular network in your home country, if your phone is no longer in range of your primary provider. That doesn't include a daily charge. But when roaming outside one's country, they would be subject to a daily charge.

Once upon a time, in the dark days of the late twentieth century, cell phone plans were regional. You could incur roaming charges if you went from, say, Washington to Boston. So there was a difference in meaning and in price between roaming within the U.S. and roaming outside of it. Most plans had international roaming disabled unless you requested it to be turned on to prevent people from running up a two-thousand-dollar bill during a one-week trip to France. Most people don't run into roaming charges within the U.S. anymore so "international roaming" is now somewhat redundant. But the term persists.

The iPhone SE 3rd Gen does not support 5G cellular. It will connect using LTE or 4G......(not as fast as 5G).

There are some carriers that will indicate that your phone is connected to "5Ge", which is not 5G. It is LTE or 4G. We'll not mention carrier names in the U.S. to protect the guilty.

My mistake, was looking at the 2nd Gen Specs.

Appears that Xfinity's "International Plan" is similar to AT&T. $10 a day outside of the U.S.
