Hi everyone I want to know how to try the satellite connection demo it is not there in the control center and not in the emergency SOS setting

Did you follow this Apple Guidance: Use Emergency SOS via satellite on your iPhone - Apple Support
As explained in the link, go to Settings/Emergency SOS, scroll to the bottom and tap Try Demo. You must be outdoors with a clear view of the sky in all directions.

It's only available on supported phones and not in all locations. Did you click the link about supported locations in this which was included in the link posted to you?
Note: iPhone satellite features are available on supported models. Emergency SOS via satellite isn’t available in all countries or regions. See the Apple Support article Emergency SOS via satellite availability.
