Siri not announcing emojis in contact name when making outgoing calls

Does anyone know how you can make Siri announce emojis that you have on a phone contact when making an outgoing call? For example if my contact John Smith has a red heart and thumbs up emoji in the contact name, when I ask Siri to "Call John Smith" I would like Siri to say "Calling John Smith red heart, thumbs up".

Siri used to do this but no longer seems to be able to do this.
