Apple Intelligence: Mixed display and Siri languages?

Can I use Apple Intelligence on the iPhone if the display language is different with Siri language please?

I want to keep the display language in English and use Cantonese as Siri language.

I think quite lots of people would like to see in English and talk in their mother languages.

Maybe for my case, can add a new option, English (Hong Kong) to allow display as English and Siri in Cantonese and English
