iPhone 15 WiFi/cellular issues after iOS 26.3.1 update

I updated my iPhone 15 with iOS 26.3.1 recently. Both my WiFi and Data settings are a mess. I can no longer access my apps unless I am at home, with either turned on. I’m traveling and this is a problem. Thank you.

First, reset your network settings: Reset Network Settings. Then install iOS 26.4 which was published about a week ago.
