Apple TV: Default audio language missing after tvOS 26.4

I have a problem with multiple Apple TVs running tvOS 26.4.

Since the update the option to set the default audio language is missing.

Previously it was under Settings > Video and audio > Audio language.

In 26.3 it was still there. Does someone know how to fix this or where this option went?

The documentation [1] [2] still says that this setting should be there (as before).

Use the feedback form to report this problem. I did. More reports should help get this prioritized.

It looks like some settings disappear the moment I open the settings...
