iPhone 15 Pro Max's microphone not working in phone mode and causing an annoying sound

microphone not working, when making calls annoying sound creating in phone mode. audio is fine when speaker mode or head phone mode is on

unable to make voice memo in any app like whatsapp etc. siri is also not listening due to this issue.
