If my Iphone 17 Pro Max order says "We’re preparing your order and will notify you when it ships."Does that mean my payment went through and its going to be shipped soon?

If your order status says preparing to ship, your payment method was accepted and your order is preparing to ship. You will receive an update from Apple when the order has been shipped and the shipper has your order. At that point, you'll be able to actually track it through the shipper.

Yes, you should have already been charged. The minute an order is "preparing to ship" Apple gets paid.

I ordered through Paypal and Paypal gave me the confirmation email and put it on my card
