NONE!!!!!!

There is no antivirus software for Macs that does anything other than slow down your Mac and sometimes delete critical system files. MacOS doesn’t need any help against viruses or similar.

Best and Free are mutually exclusive. AVG is an excellent example of a “free” antivirus that has been fined millions of dollars for selling user’s browsing history. The same is true of all free VPNs (and some paid ones).

Catalina still runs Malwarebytes V4 - have you tried downloading and installing it?

It's dated and not receiving the latest updates - but I suspect it still gets malware database updates and is good enough for ad hoc offline scans. I wouldn't necessarily run it in real-time protection mode (well, I probably wouldn't regardless of which version I had installed).

There are literally no viruses that can affect any iOS or macOS device. None.

By the way, Mac computers are not managed by Mac iOS (iOS - iPhoneOS), but macOS.
