Why is Apple Intelligence not on the IPhone 13?
my main phone is an iPhone SE 3rd generation and Apple Intelligence is not a feature.
why did Apple not originally put Apple Intelligence on the 13 if there is identical chips?

While they are identical chips, that chip is not strong enough to support Apple Intelligence to begin with, so neither the iPhone 13 or SE 3rd gen have it. If it were on the 13 and not on the SE 3rd gen, that would be another question, but neither one of them support it. They lack the necessary RAM and hardware to run it. You would need an iPhone 15 Pro or newer to run it.
Because they don't have enough RAM.
