Apple Intelligence in Safari shows old summaries on iOS

I’m seeing errors with Apple Intelligence in Safari ( iOS 26.4) not summarizing articles/ webpages properly. The summary tool is showing previous summaries and not summarizing the current article I’m reading.

Anyone else seeing this?
