why are my screenshots not saving to my camera roll? I have an iPhone 16 pro max. iOS 26.4
I have followed all suggestions to no avail, everything is as it should be?
All since the latest update this is happening.
I have restarted my phone, I’ve tried everything

Also check your storage, if it’s full screenshots won’t save. If both are fine, try resetting settings (not full reset) or logging out of iCloud and back in. If it started right after iOS 26.4, it may just need the next patch to fix it.

Screenshots work fine for my iPhone 16 with 26.4, so it's likely not the iOS. Have you tried a Forced Reset?

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down 5 or 10 seconds past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
When you take a screenshot you need to OK saving it by tapping the OK arrow:

No I turned that off so I don’t have to press the tick to save. I’ve not done a forced restart before but I’ll try it. Since I’ve restarted it seems to be ok for now. Thank you
Thank you, it’s driving me crazy. Honestly I’ve done everything to make sure it’s all the right settings etc but it started yesterday. I have to keep turning my phone on & off which is a pain to be honest.
