Camera Not Working After iOS 26.4 Update on iPhone 14 Plus

Hi Apple Support,

I am using an iPhone 14 Plus. After updating my device to iOS 26.4, my camera has completely stopped working.

Whenever I open the Camera app, it either shows a black screen or does not respond properly. I also tried using the camera in other apps, but the issue still persists.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps like restarting the phone, checking permissions, and resetting settings, but nothing has fixed the problem.

The camera was working perfectly before the update, so this issue started only after installing iOS 26.4.

I request you to please help me resolve this issue or guide me on the next steps.

The solution does not work. till yesterday my camera was working absolutely fine. Today the phone is updated with 26.4.2 version and then back camera stopped working where front camera is working fine. I went to a apple care store and they also said that this is happening for others as well. Don't know what is the solution about it.

Need a resolution immediately.
