How to resolve Mac mini M1 stuck in DFU mode with black screen?

M1 mac mini stuck on DFU orange LED. TRIED ALL NORMAL AND ADVANCED TROUBLESHOOTING WHEN I PLUG INTO POWER IT AUTOMATICALLY TURNS ON BUT IT ACTUALLY DOESN’T LOOK LIKE THE POWER GOES EVEN TO THE FIRMWARE - just a black screen I went to 2 official Apple retail source and neither we’re willing to follow the information that I’ve given them as they knew absolutely nothing about this well-known issue so frustrating
