How to stop Safari from reloading due to significant memory usage on a brand new M5 Air?

Hi community! I am on a brand new M5 Air. I've not downloaded my usual browser, but now I fear I will have to.

I am consistently getting

"This webpage was reloaded because it was using significant memory"

I cannot figure out how to make it stop, and it is interfering with filling out government forms online! I tried to fill in the form like a mad typist, and still it refreshed before I completed it! it is down right irritating, and certainly not conducive to using any AI agent on the web. Why on earth a brand new 3-day old MacBook with nothing significant running in the background is reloading itself due to memory issues makes ZERO SENSE!

Is there a fix? All I see in the community are complaining posts that is still unaddressed after over 5 years of others posting the same complaints.
