Unknown Apple charge not found in purchase history
Hello. Unknown charge from Apple (5.99 USD) not showing in purchase history
Hello,
I would like to report an issue regarding an unknown charge from Apple.
I was charged 5.99 USD (APPLE.COM/BILL), but I cannot find this transaction in my Purchase History or under Subscriptions on my iPhone.
I have checked:
- My Apple ID account
- Purchase History (last 90 days)
- Subscriptions section
However, there is no record of this charge.
I also noticed that an old payment card is currently linked to my Apple ID, and I cannot find where my new card is being used.
Could you please help me:
- Identify what this charge is for
- Confirm which Apple ID the charge is associated with
- Stop any active subscriptions related to this charge
- Advise how to remove any unknown or old payment methods
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
