Windows PC startup - "AppleMobileDeviceLauncher.exe. The application has not been provisioned."

When I start my Windows 10 Pro PC, I receive this error message - "AppleMobileDeviceLauncher.exe. The application has not been provisioned." (see image).

I tried running the CMD command - sfc /scannow, but it reports that Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I am unable to find a way to reset the link to Apple Music to resolve this.

Can anyone assist, please?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app without success. I have attempted to delete the AppleInc.AppleDevices folder (see above), but I am denied access to the WindowsApps folder.
