Paying for subscriptions from Russia

Good day!

As some may know, Russia has blocked the option to pay for subscriptions via Phone number.

I have purchased gift card from UAE. The moment I change region from Russia to UAE, billing options change to either mobile phone or credit card. There is no option “None”. Is there any way to redeem my gift card or I can forget about it? All my music is lost, as I had to cancel subscriptions in order to change the region. Please help!
