My vision correction requires prismatic correction, so I don't see double. This was not offered when I got the prescription inserts, and likely still isnt. Anyone know of a work around for this?

If your glasses prescription includes prism values
With the Digital Prism Correction feature in visionOS 26 and later, Apple Vision Pro supports users who have prescriptions that include prism values*. To use the feature, you can add your prescription's prism values in visionOS settings. The Digital Prism Correction feature can be used on its own or with ZEISS Optical Inserts.
At this time, ZEISS does not accept prescriptions with prism values when purchasing ZEISS Optical Inserts. If you have other values in your prescription (e.g., sphere, cylinder, or ADD) and would like to purchase prescription ZEISS Optical Inserts, discuss with your eye-care professional whether obtaining a prescription that excludes prism values is right for you.
*Not all prism prescriptions are supported. The Digital Prism Correction feature supports prism prescriptions up to 7.75 Prism Diopters (PD) in the horizontal and/or vertical direction — i.e., base-in (BI), base-out (BO), base-up (**), and base-down (BD) — and the equivalent range in polar direction (0-359°), per eye.
