MacBook Air M3 Sidecar not working

Trying to use my ipad 7th gen as secondary screen. My macbook air m3 is not showing the “+ add device” thing in sidecar. Both macbook and ipad are updated to the latest update. Have restarted, and signed out and in of AppleID, same wifi, Bluetooth on, handoff on. Need help to resolve. Thanks
