Request for Apple Developer Program Enrollment 7 Day still Pending

I completed my registration and paid the $99 Apple Developer Program fee effective April 1, 2026.

The transaction was successful, and I received the invoice (Invoice Number: ***).

However, my account remains in "Pending" status after several days.

I hope someone can share a solution. I've sent several emails to Apple, but only received this response without any resolution:
