Re: "Voicemail access with Assistive Access on iPhone"

Thank you for your question to this Apple (user-to-user) community..

Your mother is fortunate to have your help with her iPhone.

Am no expert in this area, however your request deserves some response. Some features work differently in Assistive Access.

You will likely need to exit Assistive Access to change the settings.

See whether you can choose voicemail options for the "Calls" or phone app:

Depending on how you have Assistive Access set up already:

Try: Settings > Accessibility > Assistive Access > Manage apps > Phone (or Calls)

or: Settings > Accessibility > Assistive Access > Phone (or Calls)

If there is no option to add VoiceMail to the Assistive Accesss Calls app, you may need to try adding the regular Phone app to Assistive Access: Add, remove, and customize apps for Assistive Access on iPhone - Apple Support
