I have old McaBook early 2013 with macOS Catalina. My MacBook Pro has 16GB Ram and 500GB ssd with intel i7 quad core. Intel HD Graphics 1536MB. Surly it can run Big Sur. Question is how to install on the unsupported Mac.

Your 2013 Mac cannot run Big Sur as it does not qualify.
macOS 11 Big Sur is compatible with these computers (c.2013)
We can offer no guidance here in the Community for hacking macOS and installing it on unsupported hardware.
It would be a lot of pain if you tried to run macOS on an unsupported Mac. I did this before. Just run the latest version the mac supports.
