Original Title: Keyboard click sounds glitch
First of all, there is no such thing as an International Model iPhone. Your model is listed as follows:
Model numbers: A2849 (United States, Puerto Rico), A3105 (Canada, Guam, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and U.S. Virgin Islands), A3108 (China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao), A3106 (other countries and regions). This does not mean it is International. Model iPhone A3106 was originally intended to be sold in Qatar.
Regardless, the model number doesn't have anything to do with keyboard click sounds. In Settings > Sounds & Haptics - Do you have Change with Buttons turned on or off?
Finally, iOS 26.4.1 was released yesterday and it fixes bugs, so update your phone and see if that helps.
