Notes app missing on iPhone

if it was me then I would try using search

Find and use your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support

otherwise I would look for it in app store if deleted

Get apps in the App Store on iPhone - Apple Support

Just redownload it from the App Store then. But first type "notes" in the search field at the bottom of your Home Screen and see if it pops up.
