To remove a cached or invalid email address that keeps autofilling in the iPhone Calendar app, clear it from your Recent Recents list in the Apple Mail app or edit your saved Contacts. iOS shares a unified autocomplete cache across native apps like Mail and Calendar.

Clear from Mail Recents

  1. Open the native Mail app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Compose button to start a new message.
  3. Type the name or the invalid email address in the To: field until it pops up in the suggestion list.
  4. Tap the small blue info (i) icon or arrow next to the unwanted address.
  5. Tap Remove From Recents at the bottom of the scree
