MainStage 3: Override concert-level mappings per patch?

Hi everyone,

I'm running into an issue with MainStage 3 and my Korg nanoKONTROL2, and I hope someone here can help.

I created a concert-level mapping for my controller, which works fine overall. However, in individual patches, I’d like to remap certain controls differently. For example, instead of controlling reverb with a knob, I want it to control cutoff in a specific patch.

The problem is that MainStage tells me I’m operating on a different level (concert vs. patch), and it won’t let me change the mapping. It seems like the concert-level assignments are overriding everything.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

- Enabled “Ignore Concert-Level Mappings” in the patch

- Removed the mapping from the concert level entirely

Despite that, I still can’t change any mappings that were previously set at the concert level.

So my question is:

How can I override or change controller mappings at the patch level when they’ve already been defined at the concert level?

Is there something I’m missing about how MainStage handles mapping hierarchy?
