Apple Watch Ultra 3 Podcast app fast forward/rewind controls

I have Apple Watch Ultra 3 on iOS 26.3 and can’t see controls on the podcast app fast forward/ rewind… aside from clicking 100 times on the 30sec button or speeding it up which is not feasible for skipping forward an hour on a 3 hr podcast… I use my watch with my AirPods Pro 3 so could I use them to do this?

No, you cannot use your AirPods Pro to skip forward by an hour. The stem controls on AirPods Pro only allow you to skip tracks or jump forward/backward by fixed short intervals (like 15 or 30 seconds) configured for media apps, and cannot scrub or jump large blocks of time.
