iPod Shuffle 2nd gen battery replacement options and cost

Hi there guys my name is Charles hi just got hold of an old Apple shuffle Second generation(The one with the clip holder) but the battery at 1430 get out of power and is no longer re-chargeable…

-is there possible to shift the factory battery to a new one?

-does an authorised Apple still be able to change battery on a old device such as an iPod shuffle?

-finally, if someone know if possible, how much would it cost? I mean in a ballpark?..
