Keyboard Predictive Text
In the keyboard settings , the predictive text is dimmed on my iPad & iPhone .
I just noticed it today , it has not happened ever in the decades that I've been using Apple devices . Does anyone know what's up with that ?
iPad A-16 and iPhone 14 .

The predictive text option is usually dimmed (grayed out) when your primary keyboard language does not support QuickType, or a software glitch locks the setting
Force restart your iPhone to see if the issues persist
press and quickly release the Volume Up button, press and quickly release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Side (power) button until the Apple logo appears.
