Recurring iPhone 17 issue after logic board replacement and software restore

I purchased an iPhone 17 approximately one month ago, and since then, I have been experiencing recurring issues with the device. Initially, the logic board was replaced; however, the same issue persisted even after the replacement. Subsequently, the software was restored, but the problem has reoccurred once again.

Currently, my phone has been with Apple support for the past 8 days, and I have yet to receive any resolution or clear update. The repeated failures and delays have been extremely frustrating.

I would appreciate anyone can provide the appropriate escalation matrix or connect me with a higher level of support, as I am dissatisfied with the assistance received through the regular support channels.
