Outlook widget shows incorrect date on MacBook Pro

On 2021 M1 MacBook Pro running MacOS 26.4 (25E246) and Outlook for Mac Version 16.107.4 (26040410)

No matter how many times I remove and re-add the Outlook calendar desktop widget, there is frequently a substantial date mismatch between the Outlook widget and today's date. Today that mismatch is 12 days!
