can't right click Magic Mouse with left finger on it?

do you really have to lift your left finger to be able to right click with the Magic Mouse? something has to be wrong, this can't be how it really is right?

Yes, it is right. The Magic Mouse is touch sensitive so leaving your finger on the left side while clicking the right side confuses the mouse.

Options:

Learn to lift your finger off the left side of the mouse.
Buy a different mouse that is not touch sensitive.

Like I said the Magic Muse is touch sensitive so it knows which side of the mouse your are clicking. Have you looked at the Magic Mouse options? Have you setup Secondary Click options?

thanks yeah I thought it would be like a trackpad but maybe trackpads on windows are more advanced

just found out I can't dual click to move in this game I play too yup this mouse ain't for me I do too much lol well that sucks but honestly I thought it didn't even click at all but no it's just a one button mouse in 2026 that's wild

fun fact it's way more customizable on windows too, you actually can set taps as clicks, but yeah I need something a LOT better

Well then maybe it’s time you switched to the platform that you consider to be a lot better than Apple. Why did you buy a Mac in the first place if Windows is so superior?
