i just bought an iphone 17 and i expect a better camera than my 11 but its actually worse and the pics i took are so smudgy and grainy especially the front camera.i tried turning off view full hdr and it still doesnt work.this is so annoying

The camera in the iPhone 17 has been reviewed as one of the best, if not the best, camera in the industry. Your experience is not typical. You can try simply restarting your iPhone. If that doesn't make things better it’s time to take your iPhone to an Apple Store or Apple authorized service provider for examination and diagnosis. That’s what your warranty is for.
The camera quality is worse than my previous iphone which was a 13 Pro Max. The lens shape makes objects look disproportionate even on the default setting without any zoom. Im
