My iPhone 15 is stuck in talk mode and I cannot enter my password to open it. Whatever I press the voice just announces the name of the key, ie, torch, 36% battery power. I have 3 available buttons to play with. If I long hold any on their own or any combination together, the voice announces it will call emergency services. Please help.

If VoiceOver is turned on, you have to tap everything twice. The first tap announces the key, the second tap activates it.
If you have Siri enabled while in lock mode, you should be able to turn off VoiceOver by saying, "Hey Siri, turn off VoiceOver."

Answering my own question. Click the power button 3 times in quick succession. It solved the issue.
