So I have not found a fix, but I chanced upon a workaround. If you sweep up on the tiny orange icons, it snoozes the alarm. If you let the screen lock, the snooze notification is normal size when it comes back. Hope this helps.
Okay, that's weird. I've never seen that before.
The first thing I'd suggest is restarting your phone. If that doesn't work, force restart it. Other things you could try are changing the banner settings in Settings>Apps>Clocks>Notifications>Banner Style to Temporary or turn the notifications off completely for Clock and then turn the back on.
For other alarm issues, I've found that deleting all the alarms and recreating them can help.

If you look closely at the word “underside,” there is a tiny orange version of the alarm notification.

I have exactly the same problem. I cannot stop or snooze the alarm because it is so tiny.
Do we have a solution to this yet?

I am still having the same issue.
I too found that, but it is very annoying and makes it harder to use the alarms.
Why has Apple not fixed this problem or explained the source?
And yes, I tried every other suggestion listed and everything else I found when searching.
