Apple Pencil suddenly not working on iPad Air (6). Pencil has worked perfectly up until a few days ago.
iOS 26.3.1.
Apple Pencil (2ND Generation) (MU8F2AM/A)
charged to 100%. Connected.
Have tried:
*re-pairing several times—no problem connecting
*turned iPad off and on several times
*tried in multiple applications (photo edit, Notes, etc.)
*screwing tip off and on
Help, please!

The Second Gen Apple Pencil is not compatible with a 6th Gen iPad Air, so one of those 2 things is not correct if it was working before.
Are you sure that's the pencil you were using prior to this?
Are you sure the iPad is the 6th Generation iPad Air?

How are you connecting the Pencil to the iPad exactly?
